Director
For the past 35 years, Mary Eisele has demonstrated a passion to serve others. As a nurse in a rural hospital, she saw first-hand how important finding the right care is as we all have different needs. Mary’s passion for the senior population lead her to assisted living where she has served as Community Relations Director, Sales Manager and then proudly promoted to Executive Director for one of largest assisted living companies in the U.S. In these key positions she has walked with hundreds of Central Washington families as they transitioned their loved ones into an assisted living or memory care setting. Mary understands vital programs such as Long Term Care Insurance, Hospice, VA Aide & Attendance and Medicaid that may help reduce the cost of care.
Mary’s passion for helping seniors shows as she listens to every family’s unique story and helps them find a solution to fit their specific needs. Mary never loses sight of how important the transition to a care setting is, and feels most rewarded knowing her work changes her clients’ lives for the better
